The following are representative of the types of small group tours to France, Italy and Slovenia that we are capable of planning. Any of the tours below may be customized to meet your preferences, or may serve as a starting point for your own unique tour.

"Springtime means... "

A day of boating on the pristine, uncrowded waters of the Tyrranean Sea, followed by a tasting of freshly made sheep's cheese and a frolic with the new crop of lambs in Southern Tuscany ... Fields of wildflowers and bold fresh tastes of young tuna in Sicily... Picking your own cherries and wild strawberries for breakfast in Provence.

Watching hundreds of colorful sailboats in Trieste's annual barcolana race, then savoring fresh mushrooms in a historic trattoria high above the city... eating, drinking and dancing with the locals in festivals at the base of Sicily's Mount Etna... joining in the Rhone Valley grape harvest before supper of soupe au pistou in the courtyard of a private manor home.

How Was Your Day in Chianti with Adagio? [I]t was really the highlight of our trip... the day ... was fantastic, even/especially for people in their early to mid twenties. A wine tasting or two, a tour of Greve, a trip to a real cheese farm, and of course the best meal of our lives. I can't imagine that someone of any age would not be interested, especially if they enjoy learning about other cultures and food. [T]his trip is appropriate for someone who is interested about learning the history and lifestyle of Tuscany/the Chianti region and has an open mind, sense of adventure, and really enjoys eating.
